Report a translation problem
For those who haven't looked in the CK: Before the quest can start, the spouse has to 1) have a common voice-type on a list of Dawnguard common voice types (so they can be made to have the appropriate responses), 2) not be one of the three marriable werewewolves in the game, and 3) not already have the "vampire" keyword

since she is a custom voice I would not think she would have that dialogue or be added to the quest but may be wrong.
