I can't buy a land in Dawnstar.

I already became the thane of Dawnstar. And I already clear the 'Waking Nightmare'.
After became the thane, I got the quest 'Kill the giant in Red Road Pass' from the Inn owner.
So I killed the giant, but I can't still buy a land in Dawnstar!
Is there any problem?!

1 . I cleard the quest 'Waking Nightmare'
2 . I became the thane of Dawnstar (Help 3 people in Pale)
3 . I Killed the giant in Red Road Pass (I don't remember that I have killed the giant in Red Road Pass before I became the thane)

If someone knows the ways to solve that problem, please help me..

Ask the jarl if he has anything for you to do. Because you have to kill a giant for the jarl, not the innkeeper, and quest won't appear until lvl 22 or higher.
