Frostflow Abyss broken quest

I explored Frostflow Abyss basement before obtaining the quest for it and now I have entry for this quest in my journal but it was already completed. I tried entering "setstage dunFrostflowAbyssQST 100" in the console and the same but with 90 instead of 100 as I found somewhere, but none of these work. Any ideas? Or should I enter something else in the console first? Or something completely different?
