Reset Serana Appearance

I was wondering if anyone knew how to reset Serana's appearance.

If anyone has the default Dawnguard.esm file for download that would be appreciated.

Unless something is broken, then Serana's current appearance is stored to save files, not game files.

What exactly are you trying to do? If you have modified her with mods, then we can try to reset her back with undoing modifications with tools and console.

I used an alternate actors mod to turn into her to change her appearance, now I cant do anything to alter her appearance at all, no matter how many mods I've installed, the save most recent save file that doesn't have her default is a few hours back (I know I should've been saving) and I dont really want to lose all that progess.

and
...skyrim/data/textures/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/dawnguard.esm/00002b6c.dds
and/or
...skyrim/data/textures/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/dawnguard.esm/00002b6c.tga

If these are left hanging around they'll mess up her default appearance. Make sure you disable any Serana related esp's.

What *.bsa? Just the Dawnguard.bsa type ones? Or a Serana.bsa or similar?

No, delete 'em. Or move them out of the Data folder for now at least and try that.

Did that, loaded in game and there is absolutely nothing and I'm just falling through the world

It has all the meshes and textures, they're just in bsa format. I do use mod organiser if that helps.

Put 'em back... lol. That's why I edited the comment so quickly, I thought you meant mod bsa's.

Try opening the console and selecting Serana, type 'setnpcweight 20' and while she's still selected type 'disable' then 'enable'. That SHOULD reset her back to defaults if there's no other files around to affect her.

It didn't do anything, however I believe I know the problem, the game no longer classifies her as "Serana" but rather a "Nord Female" i noticed this due to her eyes just being regular eyes and not vampire eyes
