Posting your entire load order certainly wouldn't hurt.
Clicking on things in console with MFG Console active can tell you what mods they are related to:

If you're lucky, this might give you some clue as to which - if any - are affecting the word wall.
It also apparently unbreaks some things patch 1.9 broke relating to NPC expressions and whatnot. It's one of those mods that're probably worth installing "in general".
Oh, that's certainly possible, and I've got a pretty good idea what set of commands to use.
Problem is that this is likely to happen with all the other word walls in the game too. Better to figure out the cause and fix that, rather than just treating the symptom.
@Alkpaz. I believe that you should already have that console as part of the main framework. It was merged there - with colors.
