I can't find Daynas Valen : it always waypoints me to the ProudSpire Manor, in Solitude, that i bought (i don't know if it's related tho) Any fixes possible or tp command for him ?

P.S. : Id rather not load the (very) old save file i made before buying the Proudspire Manor.

And, when i get into the manor, the questmarker indicates the ground where there is nothing, i tried the "tcl" but i don't see any NPC.

Daynas Valen is dead in Forgunthur, about a couple of rooms in to the dungeon on the upper level. He has on him if I remember a claw and a journal. Maybe see if he's there and maybe the quest will proceed as normal.

also, have you got the Unofficial patches installed.

How about not following the quest marker?

(to anyone complaining, yes, i know about USLEEP, but if you look at OP's profile, he doesn't have the DLCs)
It can fix a lot of bugs, but in order for it to work you'd need all the scripts to start again, which isn't possible without loading a save before you started the quest. So just install it to not get problems like this in the future.

SPOILERS AHEAD
Daynas Valen can be found in Folgunthur. It's a Nordic Tomb east of Solitude, on the marshes. Outside of the tomb there is a small, abandoned camp, where you can find the journal of Daynas Valen. It will update your journal with mission to "Learn the truth from Daynas Valen". He's in the tomb, you need to take the Ivory Claw from his inventory, take his another journal and read it.

Well, then nothing is happening, but, i found the final place where you need to put the fragments, i only have the magicka booster and the health booster, where is the third one ?

Gauldur Amulet Fragment giving you +30 Stamina is in Geirmund's Hall, near Ivarstead

Where is the final place you have to put the fragments ? (it is not waypointed on the map, so i don't remember the name)

There's your answer. I'd recommend getting them, Skyrim is full of bugs and glitches.

i am beyond the trap door.... and am stuck at the combination lock door with fire trap. what is the right three simbles? Please DONT send me to the journals i sold those days ago.
