If you did already have something favoured, then make sure that your master files are not damaged, by validating your files with a cleared appcache.

If you only have Skyrim, then pick up Unofficial Skyrim Patch. I do recommend getting DLCs as well, but it is best to buy the whole Legendary Edition instead. It is usually much cheaper than buying individual DLCs and content will be simply added to your game.
Be adviced that old individual patches are no longer getting any updates. Game is old and LE has been in sale so many times that it is considered as a standard. Still, having USKP there fixes so many problems from the game that it is worth using, even if it does no longer get any updates.

I can't see your country from private profile, but it is also worth to notice that this may be due to incompatible language settings between game and your system/keyboard. Try to change settings to English, if you have not already done so, and see if it fixes the problem, if validating files with cleared appcache folder did not solve this.
Might be. I live in Finland, but I think your keyboard may have few extra keys in it. :)
