[BUG SECTION] Jarl Korir "Dungeon Delving(Helm of Winterhold) Quest".

Jarl Korir won't give me the said quest, I must have been rejected(i.e. pressed ESC during the quest dialogue) way back and now I've been trying to make him so that I can become a Thane of his hold. I've tried some console commands(i.e. recycleactor, resetai, disable/enable) and I've been scouring the internet trying to find a fix for it.

I have the "Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch" installed using M.O.(Mod Organizer) and have not yet progressed through the Companions' Questline... Although loading a REALLY OLD SAVE fixes the issue because I've never been to Winterhold that time, but the problem on that save is I'm WAY BACK to the current progress I have and I don't want to F*CKING restart my gameplay because of it.

Sidenote: I don't have any "Dungeon Delving Quest" active.

Why is always a detailed bug report gets buried in the forums while the non-sense ones got some answers right away?!
