First mission bug

Hello, I have a prolem. When I start new game, I choose my character, his name, etc... Then I follow the girl, and then, when they kill the first guy, nothing happens and we are just looking at each other. Can you help? :)

No mods. I just bought the game and turned it on for the first time.

This used to happen with me. Starting a new game and deleting the bugged load helped.
