(SOLVED) Can't level up anymore, glitch? Help please

My exp bar is full and I'm not gaining any level. I often get notification in up left corner and when I go to menu to lvl up I don't get anything :(

It might not actually be full. It can be so close to full, that it looks full and isn't. Try getting one more skill to level up. If you do, and you still don't level up, then you have an issue.

Disregard if you've already thought of, and tried that.

I don't have it anymore. Since I started using this mod this started happening. I un-subbed it and I stil can't lvl up :-/

I tend to steer away from installing mods via the Workshop (for various reasons), but I've got a hunch that "unsubscribing" from a mod is not the same thing as "disabling or removing" a mod. I believe it simply means you'll no longer receive automatic updates for it.

If you open your Skyrim launcher and hit Data, you can see which mods are present and active.

It's possible the mod works by use of scripts. If so, even if you DO disable the mod, the scripts it activated will remain within your savegames. In that case, you'll need to additionally go back to a save from before the time you first installed it.

The question is how does that mod changes the leveling the best way is by uncapper and then on top of it a custom uncapper file. Has this mod an esp? uncapper files hasn't got esps. Although I didn't found anything in the comments I wouldn't rule it out due to broken scripts or something.
