How to become a werebear?

I finally started the Dragonborn expansion and throughout Solstheim there a few locations that have werebears camped in them. Is there a way to become a werebear by any chance?

I suppose that there's a mod out there. Guess I'll look into it after I finish with Dragonborn.

The only way that u can become a werebear is by downloading a mod form the Steam Workshop that then lets u become one

But in Vanilla u cant
