how do i get to the throat of the world?
theres a wind blocking me and damaging my character which is the closest to it, i tried whirlwind spring through the wind but it still blocked me!

You're not supposed to go that far yet. If you need to see the Greybeards, then there's a temple near where the wind starts blowing.

you need to use the Clear Skies shout several times to get to the peak.

If they haven't taught you the Clear Skies shout, then go back and talk to them.

The Greybeards will teach you it, if you are at that point in the game.

go into the main quest further, then they will teach you the shout, or alternativly you could cheat up there with the comand 'tcl'

I still remembered the time i just finished learning shout and they brought me out side for Clear Skies lesson.. i barely stop shouting because they just fall and stand up again... I were so excited and planning to do that at Whiterun King hallroom... oh boy.. i ran so fast cus the whole batch of armies trying to kill me in the hall , out threw the door , down the stairs , in the pond and circeling the houses.. Make sure u saved ur game !!

or use the elder scrolls horses and there abillity to scale a 90 degree rock face. im not sure what heppens if you get to the top early so it might mess up the main quest but useing a horse should do it

You can go up there whenever you like, but Paarthurnax won't be present until he's supposed to be. The advantage would be getting the Notched Pickaxe early, and I believe there's a word wall up there too.

The greybeard tell you that you know when you are ready to go to the summit.
You cant get there until you have learn clear Skies.
The word wall is Paarthurnax
