"Dark Brotherhood Forever" glitch

This quest keeps looping.
"Go to the solitude and talk to this guy" then "Go to the winterhold and kill a wizard in the tavern"

It's not a glitch it's supposed to be like that since you're the new leader of the Dark Brotherhood.

How many times have you repeated the same quest? Since there are only ten targets, there's a 1/10 chance of getting the same one twice, and a 1/100 chance of getting it thrice. Those aren't exactly long odds, and even four (1/1000) or five (1/10000) in a row is bound to happen for some players (when you consider the number of people who've played the game...).

If you want my advice, go grind the thieves guild radiant quests. You need to do 125 of those to 100% them, so if you might as well blunt your enthusiasm for repeating the same thing over and over on something which has a reward for doing it.
