I'm looking for a mod that makes the minable rocks stand out. Which mods are there like this?

I have not used this - I like finding veins on my own -, but it has 48,377 endorsements and comments did not point any obvious conflict, so it is likely worth of taking a look at.

Is there a way to Subscribe from Steam?
Because i downloaded manually from Nexus and put the extracted files and folders in the Steam Data folder, but it doesn't pick up the mod.

Here on the workshop is a glowing ore mod that Ive used for a couple years now. I cant think of the name.

Its called Higher Visibility Ore.

I just checked the mod. It contains only meshes and textures. It does not need a plugin file to work, so it does not have one. :)

But, I strongly advice against installing mods manually. Use mod manager, like Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer, to install mods. Manual modding is really not supported.

Here is a great mod that makes mining better in Skyrim: Mining more and faster has 4 version - 2X, 3X, 4X and then my favorite version is 9X, 9X will make you swing 27 times to get 27 pieces of ore which turns into 13.5 ingots. Vanilla game gives you 3 ore which = 1.5 ingots.

MUST install More Mining and Faster at beginning of NEW game. if you add on old game the mod will only work on ore veins you HAVE NOT discovered yet. Best for new game.
