Is there a way to turn off the death-cam thing?
When you kill someone in a different way over normal, there is the death cam scene of it happening...
I'm sick of it and the effects it causes while I have no control over my character.
Is it possible to turn that crap off?

Thanks in advance.

With mods, yes.

There is no option the game offers.

The mod VioLens may be able to do it. It lets you disable specific kill moves, so its possible it may let you disable them all entirely. Keep in mind, it also unlocks some hidden kill moves and allows certain kill-moves to be used with weapons that normally never trigger them in-game, so the options available in the MCM will be higher than you expect. I haven't played a warrrior character myself for a while, so I can't recall if it lets you just disable all kill moves with a single menu option. Its worth a look at none-the-less.

you could try this sorcery if you want
a ini setting for Skyrim.ini - bVATSDisable=1
and a console command you'd have to retype everytime you start playing - set killmove to 0

personally i didnt try the above mentioned but other than that there's still violens which is the way to go, in the mcm menu you can disable both ranged (magic and bow) and melee killmoves all together

Best is to just install Violens, killing moves are bugged beyond belief and against you they activate in situations you could have easily defended yourself against an attack by sidestepping, stepping back, blocking, shoving, or just killing the enemy if it has low health. Not to forget that ranged and magic kill moves are completely bugged, camera gets stuck, destruction magic activates 5 times in a row on an enemy while it doesn't kill it, etc etc.

The 2 best ways have been mentioned, the Mod Violens, which gives you total control over what you see in kill moves etc (it was ported to SSE as well) or every time you start the game use the console command "set killmove to 0".

They're not bugged as much as they are poorly done. As far as I know: if an enemy begins an attack while you are in range and it deals enough damage to kill you before armor it has a high chance to trigger.
