The mod VioLens may be able to do it. It lets you disable specific kill moves, so its possible it may let you disable them all entirely. Keep in mind, it also unlocks some hidden kill moves and allows certain kill-moves to be used with weapons that normally never trigger them in-game, so the options available in the MCM will be higher than you expect. I haven't played a warrrior character myself for a while, so I can't recall if it lets you just disable all kill moves with a single menu option. Its worth a look at none-the-less.

and a console command you'd have to retype everytime you start playing - set killmove to 0
personally i didnt try the above mentioned but other than that there's still violens which is the way to go, in the mcm menu you can disable both ranged (magic and bow) and melee killmoves all together
