Base mana cost is what calculates how much exp you get.
The healing per second spells seem to heal slower.... a lot slower, no idea why.
The dual cast perk calculates exp given as just one spell.
You can't make cure poison potions, yes they are rare later on, i believe the poison resist enchantment is almost impossible to find after lvl 20 or so. Getting the snakeblood perk is useful as well.
Those are poison resist potions, not cure poison potions.
Cure Poison heals any negative effects caused by poisons. It is only available from built-in potions, and cannot be created with alchemy.
