Sneak Tools mod not working

I've just returned to the game after five years and I can't get this mod to work anymore. I would really like it to as I want to re-roll one of my favorite characters from back in the day & sneak attacks are his thing. This mod used to be PERFECT for him so I'm hoping someone can help me fix this:

To clarify.

* The mod loads & I get the menu but none of the combat features work. No throat slitting, knockouts or sleep attacks. I can still craft the special arrows but that's it. I've tried turning the features on and off in the Sneak Tools menu but that hasn't helped.

* I've tried disabling/re-enabling & deleting/re-installing but neither of those work. I've also tried another modder's patch for Sneak Tools which also didn't fix the problem either.

Not sure if a new game would make a difference as Sneak Tools was installed before I started the new game I'm on now.

Looks like this is totally screwed. I have:

* Cleaned all the mods
* Deleted the mod. Created a clean save & then reinstalled
* Disabled -every other mod- but this one and the unofficial patch

Still no joy.

I'm on mobile, so this is just me throwing out questions that might be relevant to others who are better equipped to assist:

Are you using Vortex (Nexus), or Mod Organizer, or something else? Have any of the mods been installed manually?

Would I be right in assuming you have SKSE in addition to your modlist? (Its a pre-req for SkyUI, iirc, so I assume yes.)
Do you have a papyrus update mod in the mix too?

I'm actually having the reverse problem of this, all the combat abillities work but i can't get any of the arrows

Same dude. I can't craft the damn arrows, but i can craft the blackjack and slit throats. Have you found a solution?
