Vanilla Skyrim, or Skyrim without mods or DLC of any kind, is 5752 MB. That is, basically, about 5.6 GB.
You really should reconsider not getting it just for the size. I knew, going in, it was going to be absolutely huge, and with my 100 kb/s download speed... Well, let's just say I was crazy to have downloaded it more than once using Internet.
However, the game is definitely worth it's weight in gold. It's won so many awards, and they weren't just thrown at this game because it was made by Bethesda. No, it earned those awards, fair and square. With potentially 500+ hours of stuff to do, this will keep you entertained for a while. At least until the next Elder Scrolls game comes out, I'd wager.
Haha, maybe ill wait for awhile. My internet is capped at 45kb/s xD
Download size is not installed size. Just because you have enough room to download it, doesnt mean you have room to install it, or play it, or save a game.
