Wraith Scythe in Skyrim?

I was looking around on the internet for a weapon that was a scythe or scythe-like in Skyrim, I came across a facebook post that had a screenshot of scythe and was called the "Wraith Scythe" the user who posted said that it was able to be obtained throught a quest with these criteria met: Had to be Lv. 25 or higher and had to have the Dawngaurd DLC, I am 84 and have the DLC, I decided to play Skyrim on my Xbox (( Beacuse I only have it on there and I don't have enough money to get it for PC right now.. )), does anyone know about this and how to obtain the quest exactly, the user was a bit vauge on how to get the quest?

Seems like it's a mod. There aren't really scythe weapons in Skyrim.

I can confirm this. The only weapon mods that I have are Immersive Weapons and JaySuS Swords, and I know that the latter only adds swords/daggers. It's not a vanilla/DLC item.

Dern, if only they could have said it about the scythe then I wouldn't have to waist time by asking on here and could have just modded it onto there, now I just need to figure out how to put mods on Skyrim because sadly I'm not very good at modding.
