Help: Master Architect Achievement
Quick question here folks.

Do I really need to build three GIANT houses, complete with all house stuff, just to get the Master Architect? Or can I simply build three little houses, add stuff and let it be at that?

Just trying to get the LAST achievement in my game.

Nope, you have to build those damn 3 Giantic Villas wich are full of bugs and often cause the game to not work properly, have fun!

my hearthfires home have no bugs-except for display case, which has a patch for. OP you must buy all 3 homes then build all 3 wings on all 3 homes

There are some serius bugs, several of time i have had some bandits that are inside but not inside the house. Crepy. My horse was inside one time and the display cases have one patch.
And as other says you need to make them complete.

Seriously? I have to build all three wings of each house?!

Gah! Does that also mean that I have to find enough materials to fill the houses with stuff such as tables and chairs? Because that is a lot of work for one achievement...
Delta 1038 Jul 15, 2014 @ 8:21pm
No you don't actually have to fill them. Just build three extra wings to your house.

I have just finished my 3rd house with all 3 wings. I already had Lakeview Manor and Winstad Manor completed with all 3 wings on both of them. But I did not get the achievement. Is there anything you can tell me that might help? Delta said you didn't have to furnish them, so I didn't. Did you? I'm stuck. Thanks in advance if you help me.

Rise from the dead:
As per anything Hearthfire even unlocking the achievement is buggy. Might need to load an earlier save, or start a new character.
The problem I've got is the bug where the wings to the house don't actually attach after building them. :steamfacepalm:

Why Necro one 2 year old tread instead of making one new? :shockjockey:

Well: I have built everything including each and every thingens that is buildable inside as well as outside the houses, in all three locations, including buying three horses, cows and 9 chickens. After all options vanished from the building menus EXCEPT the "remodel to entryway" at the draft table (which i never even thought of doing - its just pleasing me, so why the hell should i?!), the achievement did not show up.

So i went on searching for help online and found: "Slightly misleading description. It's not enough to build the small house, you have to build all three wings to the house >> and then remodel the front house into an entryway to earn this <<"

Ahh... well... THATS the reason why...

Why Necromance a 4 year old tread instead of making one new?
Because THIS thread is showing up in a google search as the first result.
The mankind of players has decided that this is the best of all solutions available on the internet by clicking on this search result. Thus it is best to stick to this one, because it is the most viewed, most helpful, most liked.

Vrakos and Becky - I am here too, because unless you manually Unsubscribe from a thread, Steam apparently keeps you Subscribed forever. I'm unsubscribing now.
