Can you delete gold

So my friend thought it would be hilarious if (when i wasn't there to stop him) download a cheat mod and give me 6 trillion + gold. I mean, sure it's helpful but it totally ruins the game experience. Is there a way to remove gold, a command or something? Or am i gonna have to go on a 48 hour spending spree spamming the buy button then discarding the items on the floor.

use console command and type: add.item 0000000f -amount of gold you want to delete
the minus is for deleting the gold hope it helps
and the console command button is over the tab button. hope it helps

I dont think there is an easy way to just remove gold. Do you not have a previous save to go to?

You can just store it in any container. The store option comes up for gold under misc any time you open a container or loot a body.

or you can just type player>add item f -amount

But why the ♥♥♥♥ would you use the console when you can just store the damn gold??? Well except if the game bugs out and you can't store it because it exceeds a limit.

You can just type "f" no need for the '00000000'

You can reverse loot a random body and it'll disappear when the body disappears if you don't know how to use console commands

Or you can just put it in a chest in a home you own. That way if you need it later it will be there no console command needed here also.

Seems to me that storinng the excess gold in a respawning container will delete it easy enough.

That's the whole point, I don't want it, it just ruins everything cos I can get anything. It's gonna take some serious willpower to not activate the mod in dire situations. Will give the commands a go.
