can't level up, could it be a mod problem?

My husband bought Skyrim and I loved watch him play it. I am new to games but I wanted to play it too, so got me a steam account and downloaded his game as a friend. He told me to pick some mods so I did, like 90 of them. Actually it was 116 but I took some off. So I started the game worked good other than I have been playing for 56 hours and have no blue on my leveling bar, I am still at the beginning of level one. I have read through every single mod I put on but can't find this answer.

Have you been practicing your character's skills? As in, one-handed skill XP is gained by using one-handed weapons in combat. Every time a skill increases by one, it contributes to the level up bar.

Yes my skill increases, but I get no blue on the level bar. so I can't level up therefore no perks

It could be a mod conflict, but without having a list of the mods you use, I've got no idea.

We strongly recommend running LOOT to sort out yoru load order. Wrong load order can create issues like this. Instructions can be found from this post.

THis is my load order after using LOOT, It is also telling me to use TESS edit for several of these. Game crashed as soon as I reloaded it, am going to give it another try.
