stuck in werewolf form..

hi guys been playing for a while and started doing companions missions.after first transformation (it was sucessful as i was able to use howl) whenever i become werewolf i am stuck with it forever ( so i cant go back human form ).and whenever i press Z (thing you use to use powers ) game says i already used it for that day.i only have reqiuem and some fill the blank mods that doesnt effect werewolf form.

i googled it but there isnt anything . any help would be apprecieted

edit:i found the solution just downloaded mod that makes you go human whenever you want and also fixed my howl.you can find that on nexus thanks all who replied

How long is forever to you? Because if you drink or idk blood it will last longer to be a werewolf and it's normal when the message appears because you can only use the power once a day in Skyrim.

i mean i m stuck at werewolf form (unlimited time)

It is possible that the save is corrupt. I would suggest to use the save before the quest and do it again

Have you tried using the in-game wait system to skip 24 hours?
If that hasn't worked, try reloading a save from before you became a werewolf, if possible.

ofc i did
it happened me before though didnt cared much. now i kinda want to play as werewolf and need some help doing so

beast blood makes you immune to that
