That you are probably sic. Hit

(default key for magic and effect main mneu) and select the effects menu (last one on right.) You should see from there, if you are having a disease.

Using a shrine of Talos or a potion of cure disease should remove the sickness if you have one.

In vanilla game, any shrine should remove the sickness. :)

Go into magic then down to the bottom. If a line of text is red, you are ill and a potion of cure disease or activating a shrine (eg. the shrine of kynareth in whiterun or the shrines dotted around the landscape) should fix it and remove the debuff. Or if you've been fighting vampires, you may have vampirism. If it hasn't been 3 days in-game yet, same, if it has... go to Morthal. Something there can fix it.

What Lucea meant to say so elusivly is after 3 days your a freakin vampire, bud. Falion in Morthal can help you, if you get black soul gems and all that.

There are also some NPC's, such as Arcadia in Whiterun, whp will always say that you look sick and will ask if you feel okay, even if you have no disease. Most of them won't do that, however.
