1) coc to skuldafn to go through the dungeon
2) player.additem the diamond claw
3) Nahkriin does no spawn, but he's not needed to enter Sovngaard because his staff is already set.
4) Enter Sovngaard. Setstage MQ304 10. (though I guess you could just skip the entire Skuldafn and coc straight to Sovngaard)
5) Play till end.
Other than Nahkriin not spawning (I assume I can use "enable" but haven't tried) and Odahviing flying with his head stuck in he snow at the very end for some reason, it got me to the end fine.
Though I don't think Call Dragon shout works anymore.
I googled and there were some similar cases like me, so hope this helps.
But I really did want to check why this is happening
So I passed it all vanilla up to this point and made a save there
(Btw, you can pass until this point very easy if only you do the main quest and just use teleport 'coc')
Then loaded all the same mods I had that caused the issue and tested them in the vanilla save
Turns out that the broken script is in the save file itself because all the mods were applied to the vanilla save and did not cause any change in the fight
Loading my previous save with the same mods brought the glitch back
So, the broken scripts lie in the save file itself and even if you change the mods in the mod manager you wont't get a change in the game. The best solution is the above mentioned.
Now from what i got to understand,
it's probably from a bad SKSE installation, I personaly used to move all the exe and dll files of skse to the game dir but would move the scripts from the mod manager, that was not wrong unless you keep for the skse and all the base libs the highest possible priority
In my earliest logic i used to believe that the core libs should have a low priority to allow other mods use them, this was not right reasoning as even though these are a base for many mods they should not be able to be overwitten, as many mods tend to want to overide them as from what i've read ex. campfire overwrites some papyrus util scripts. Mods should use but not overwrite them as this causes other mods to glitch
so solution 1: install all skse (exe, dll, scripts) in your base dir without any mod manager
solution 2: if you install skse from mod man keep the highest priority possible
Install all the core libs with the highest priority possible
All supermods (mods that tweak a lot of stuff should go to the lowest possible priority espesialy if they are not frequently updated
