Now I don't even do any of the quests... but I "grew" a character I really like, and just hunt, camp, and craft because I enjoy the "interactive painting" more than the game. I even built her a cabin on a lake ... my first mod ;-)

The most amount of time i played skyrim was when i had the sofia mod and weĺl she ended up dead in 3 hours.
It's still fun, and dragons are actually a threat for once.
Playing the Dark Brotherhood quest line as Julius Caesar is hilariously ironic.
