console command question
I'm wanting to get some screenshots of my character with weapon out etc, does anyone know the console command to move outside the players body to do this.

can't you just go in third person view?

Not with weapon out--you can't get a front shot.

it'll take some waiting, but you can get a pic at the precise afk time
hope that helps

TFC 1 -> Toggle free camera 1.

Just be in 3rd person view, when using the command. Otherwise it will show the first person view and not your character. 3rd person view allows you to circle around your character.

Note that I made another edit there. Use tfc 1, if you wish to pause the world, when taking the screenshot.

tfc

You can use the movement keys to control the camera and the mouse to rotate/change angle. Add a 1 after the tfc to freeze the environment. Although, I did get this one without the console. Excuse the candlelight, I didnt want to fiddle with brightness/contrast. Was kinda dark without it.

tfc 1 -- pauses the game, goes to free camera

fov xx -- field of view, 65 is default

sucsm 1 -- changes camera speed

csb -- clear screen blood

tm -- toggles hud off, actually everything disappears. Just exit the console, take your pic. Open console and repeat the command to turn menu's back on.

Has nobody else found that you can rotate the third person camera with a weapon/spell out by holding your first/third person toggle key and moving the mouse? It pretty much works the same way it does in Fallout 3 and NV.
