Help Getting Rid of Ghostly Remains?
Whenever I use the summon spectral Assassin and he dies or I kill him, it leaves a glowing blue pile of ghostly remains but the thing is they never go away as far as my google searches say. Is there a mod that removes them because it is really pissing me off. I dont have any DLC either so keep that in mind if you are going to refer me to a mod.

I think they should vanish after the normal outside reset period... either 3 days or 10 I forget. If they're not going away ever, you can always bring up the console, click on the ashpile and choose Disable or Markfordelete (Disable would always be preferred ... ask any modder ;-)

This Mod deletes em after you leaves the Cell.

The comments section made me run away from this mod really fast.

do you actually use this mod and if so do you have any issues?

You may be one of the lucky ones.I personally would not use it but since you recommend it I am no longer to blame.

FYI
the ashpiles were apparently fixed by the last official update. the spectral assassin may be a different issue however. on his uesp discussion is a comment from someone that experieced this after the last official update was released. and is this in a respawning cell?

I am just making sure you have downloaded or updated skyrim since 2013.

mark for delete may be the way to go but if you click on the wrong object you can not unmarkfor delete. disable is much safer however if you cantinue to use him and use disable the amount of invisible but persistant things may add up. I have used this on barrels and stuff but these are things not respwaning or situationally reoccuring.

use any console command with safety and always make and keep a save from before using any console command.

If u don't want to use mods: use the command "markfordelete" (without "") on ghostly remains, then save your game and load that save u just made.
You're welcome.
