How do I do a samurai build

Should I specialize in one or two handed, or both? What race is good for this build? Perks? Armor? All I know for weapons is that you would want to use a blades sword which you can find pretty early on (in Delphine's inn), ebony blade, and a bow of your choice

Just use swords. Considering the game you're playing NOTHING really matters. You're gonna end up specialising in every single skill with this broken perk system anyway.

If you don't like the vanilla perks system, there are others. I like S.P.E.R.G. myself. Or you could try Requiem which overhauls the whole game making it a much more challenging game.
