Can I revive the frostmoon pack?
So I killed the pack thinking I wouldn't want to become a werewolf and hence need the rings but I've become a werewolf and need the rings. How do I revive them?

well one problem here yes you can revive them by console however for the game they are still registered dead so they won't barter with you. Next time think twice before you kill ... for now live with the consequences or reload before you killed them.

I've revived other characters and can still bartner with them such as blacksmiths. Why would this be different?

Or can I just use a console command to get the rings?

"player.additem [FormID] [#]" should do the trick. ID's are as follows:

xx0275b6 xx0275b7 xx0275b8 xx0275b9

Replace [#] with however many of each item you want.

Well it could I tried to revive Risaad once well his caravan was taken over by another Khajiit, and to be clear that was mere seconds after his death, Risaad just stood there he wasn't part of the caravan anymore.
