All NPCS are stuck in T-Pose, please help.
So my game was crashing because I had to many mods installed, so I unisatlled a few big mods, one of these being "Shake it" a dance mod. After I uninstalled the mod I ran FNIS to tie up all loose ends. Ever since then all human NPCS have been stuck in T-pose. I've tried re-insalling Shake it and disabling other custom animation mods but still I'm stuck iwth T-pose NPCS.

Please help. I can't leave Skyrim, I just discovered the Atherium Forge.

Run FNIS but beware of what you check in the list at the bottom Try unchecking eeverything but the skeleton

I had nothing checked in the first place. But I did check the skeleton one, and ran FNIS. Didn't work.

Try cleaning the save with the save cleaner tool. There could be residual files that are still "baked in" your save.

Just start the FNIS generator and generate a new behaviour file. DONE

If running FNIS again didn't solve the problem this is your most likely option to fix it. Install the mods again. Read their description and remove them properly.

I did exactly what the "shake it mod" told me to do while un-insatlling. I even tried deleting all scripts, yet everyone is still stuck in T-pose. Any ideas?

Do you have any save before you installed this mod? You need to check if the problem persists there. If you don't have one start a new game and check what happens.

Its probably some rogue script that's somewhere in the depth of your save. The only way to get rid of it (other then savecleaner - which you could try) is to install the mod again. Cast that spell that makes people dance and get them to resume their normal activities. Get inside somewhere. Disable the mod in MCM and make a new save. Then follow the uninstall insctructions to the letter. If that does not work you may have learned a very valuable lesson... sorry.

If you have the problem once you started a new game (without that mod) there is hope yet ;)

Yea I use NMM as well and there could be issues but on the bright side you know what mod is causing the issue. All you have to do now is go your skyrim folder find the file that should no longer be there and erase it.

I missed that post sorry. Uninstalling through NMM can (in case of script heavy mods) do more harm then good. Its not always as simple as pressing the uninstall button.

This is an example of how to properly uninstall script heavy mods.
1) Rest/wait for 23hr in the game then wait another hour
2) Use MCM to disable the mod if possible
3) Save your game and exit Skyrim.
4) Uninstall and delete the mod
5) Load your saved game from Step 3
6) Make a new "clean" save without the mod and exit the game.
7) Use the Script Cleaner on the "clean" save from step 6
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/?
8) Load your cleaned saved game from Step 7.

Try to check other stuff then. I had trouble with Shake it at first. Or ask on the forum that should not be named.

T pose is that you haven't got the right skeleton or have not ticked or installed the right fix for it.
Best to copy your FNIS page of your game and others can tell you what is wrong with your setup.

Has re-installing that shake it mod? Has it resolved the issue?
