Skyrim - I Can't Believe It's Not An ENB Crashes

I got this mod called "I Can't Believe It's Not An ENB " I start playing and followed each step for the installation, but when I play I see that the text and everything around me looks blurry. So I try to see if it will do the same on other cities (Im on WhiteRun) but everytime I go to Solitude it loads for 5 seconds then it crashes, I also have this weird thing on when I press Load it says $Load. PLZ HELP I TRIED TO FIX IT FOR 1 HR, COULDNT SEEM TO FIX IT THO
