Water mod not working.
Any water mod i try and use is not working, it just vanilla water. I tried differnt water mods too. I do have an enb, is there a thing i have to change in the settings to make my water mod work or is there something else? Im using the nexus.

Have you tried asking on the actual mod page?

What mod manager you are using? Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) or Mod Organizer (MO)?

NMM I am also using loot

I had the exact same problem with Mod Organizer. Everything else seemed to work except any water mod.

I solved it by putting Realistic Water 2 (did not try it with the others) near the end of my load order and it worked. While LOOT is a great tool, somehow it was putting the water mod too high on the list.

Still not sure which mod was causing problems. I have Climates of Tamriel. Realistic Needs and Diseases also interacts with Realistic water, but never heard that it caused problems with the other two water modes.

I fixed it. Are you using an enb? If you are use loot and let it sort the load order, then disable your water mod, then renable it.

That is a very strange solution. :O

For MO, the left panel is important. It may be that you may have had a resource priority conflict in left panel. Meshes and textures are more important for water mods than ESPs.

Of course there is a change that both of you indeed had ESP file that already edited water appearance. In that case LOOT would have to decide witch one would take the effect and it can not determine that, without user giving it some pointers.

No. Just Climates of Tamriel. And i solved my problem by putting Realistic water near the end of my load order.

That was my first culprit. Putting the water mod at the end of the left panel was not doing it. The only conflict that MO was flagging was with the nofficial patch, which was obviously way above

That was indeed the issue and that is how I solved it. I however am not sure which other mod was overriding the Realistic water ESP. That is the odd part. There is no clear culprit beside Climate of Tamriel.
