Unlimited perk points mod.

I want to be a god amongst men.
but I need perk points for my skills.

Is there a mod that provides?

there are commands to give you all skills, besides you got unlimited perk points anyway.. level all skills to 100 reset a few back to 15 and level them up again for more skill points

There's a book mod on the Nexus that gives you a perk point everytime you read it. Never used it so can't attest to how good the mod it; just came across it when searching for mods yesterday.

There are various ways to level up, limitlessly. One way, the way I do it, is to subscribe to the ‘Skyrim Community College’ mod; subscribe to the ‘Better Training’ mod; subscribe to the ‘Master Trainers Train to 100’ mod; and viola! In your console command, enter “player.additem f 9999999999,” go the community college outside of Whiterun, and talk to the trainers, level up to 100, go to your perk/skill tree and level up. When you max to 100, reset your skill, get your perk points back, and repeat process until your character reaches desired level like level 300.
