Mod that disables 1 stamina power attacks?

Is there a mod out there that fixes the 1 stamina power attack vegetable abuse?
I saw some that only increased the minimum to 30 stamina or something, but is there one that increases the requirement to the actual stamina value that depends how heavy the weapon is, aka how much stamina is spend when you have enough stamina?

why do you need a mod to make power attacks? just max your alchemy and enchanting and shove stam and life drain on your weapons ? xD

No, I want to nerf power attacks, so that I can't stagger-lock enemys with a vegeable soup in the early game.

Yeah would be an option, if I didn't want to use food consumables - but I do.
Also have the immersive potions mod installed. It makes all hp/stamina/magika heal over time and non-stackable, so I could get a bunch of power attacks in with just weak stamina potion...

"Scrambled Bugs" fixes it in SSE... unfortunately I'm not aware of anything compatible with LE.

SKYtweak, has something similiar of what I was searching for. Not disableing power attcks, but reduce the stagger dmg under 40 points stamina left

you know. I've seen memes where dragonborn is losing a fight and then eats a grocery store worth of cabbage. for HP.

but I haven't seen one where he eats vegetable soup.

stamina drain is balanced around being useful at 1 stamina, so all the weapons are overtuned stamina devouring beasts by default.

Give me a mod that makes shouts use stamina, instead of cooldowns.
