Glowing facepaint for race menu

How do i make it so i can use the glowing colour picker menu for racemenu? I have a mod that says it does this but it does not work. I have the racemenu overlay plugin aswell but it dose not activate it. Can somone help?

Face overlay is currently disabled by default in RaceMenu. This is due to a problem with Netimmerse Override that causes game to crash to desktop during decapitation animations, if face overlays are active.

You can enable the feature from NiO configuration file, but unless you have disabled all decapitations from your game, then I do not recommend doing so.

Netimmerse Override (NiO) is merged with RaceMenu. You can find the commented configuration file nioverride.ini from ...SteamApps/common/Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins.

Set line that manages face layers to value 1 from value 0. I do not have game installed in the computer I am currently using, so I can't check the line for you. However, I recall that configuration file was commented and the line should be easy to find.

Just as an additional comment, VioLens Killmove Mod has an option to disable killmoves just for the player. It is also a great mod in and of itself, and commonly recommended by the people on this forum.
