Help with TES5Edit

I keep gettting this when I install TES5Edit. to help edit Skyrim

I've done it just like as they show it on the vid on Nexus. I have my Steam on a a different drive and have TES5Edit save in the skyrim folder but still I get that error and no I don't have a SSD that steam is running on. TES5Edit use to work before I move my Steam folder over to my slavedrive. Can someone help tell me what I'm doing wrong here. Also I'm using LOOT & MO as well and are trying to setup Skyrim to run with Mods for the fist time with MO and LOOT. Just need to know what I'm doing wrong to not get TES5Edit not to recognize Skyrim. I've tried to download TES5Edit to the SD but still get the error I have tried it from my c/drive and my a/drive where steam is at and still I get the error. Plz help

Try running the game once through your Steam Library, just as if you do not have MO or SKSE or anything. This will make Skyrim create the ini you need.

This error also appeared. It turns out that it arose due to fact that Controlled Folder Access was enabled in Windows Defender. Disabled this feature - error disappeared.
