Report a translation problem
Though a better way is to make two separate folders, one for FO4 and one for Skyrim.
Just copy all the xEdit files from FO4 to a new folder named Skyrim and change the name of any file so that FO4 is replaced with TES5.
I just downloaded the newest version and start it from there. It has both Skyrim and Fallout exe files for Edit.
Did that but it's always for Fallout. Even if the Icon has the skyrim logo...

And no, xEdit is for editing game files and records, or finding conflicts - not anything else.
