Jorrvaskr living quarters bug or glitch?

After entering the main building and going downstairs to the living quarters, the door is blacked out, and showing just a dark nothingness. When I enter, I am immediately transported upstairs to the entrance to the building. I have a slew of mods, and have tried to deactivate them one by one to no avail.
Should anyone have any idea how to fix this, or know if the story can develop without being a member of that motley crew, I would be very happy and drink some mead in your honor.

You are going to have to troubleshoot by following this general outline (which is the same for SSE as for Oldrim - by the lack of a mouse icon I would guess that you are playing SSE and posted in the wrong forum - this is the Oldrim forum - but the troubleshooting is the same for both versions):
