As far as i know console does not prevent achievement.
And I was wondering if Skyrim will ban achievements. As for example does the game "Portal" from "valve", or "GTA" which also bans achievements if you call a couple of numbers🤧....
how?!? i mean how can you be slacking on healing when theres litterally healing potions to be made verywhere?
1- alchemy, make them yourself
2- empty every merchants, save, exit game, restart game. rinse and repeat.
3- enchanting, max out with potion obviously, make life steal and stamina steal weapons.
4- healing spell, with maxed reduction cost to resto spells.
