Crash during Vampire Feed Animation

I use the Immersive and Adult mod collection but it seems (from what I’ve gather on online forums) that this crash is from vanilla Skyrim. During the Blue Blood quest, I’ve only been able to feed on one person who was inside the Thalmor Embassy building. When I try to feed on other npc needed to complete the quest it ALWAYS crashes, and I have to restart the pc.
I tried feeding while the npc’s were asleep and with Vampiric Seduction, the results are the same, crash.

What can I do? Please help.
