Bug : Light in interior are too bright RESOLVED
I have a bug, when I am in an interior, sometimes the light sources are too bright and very often when there is fog. I have Boris enb and no light mods.
Here pictures of the bug : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2944518712

Edit : I found a solution, go in ENB settings environnment and change FogCurveMultiplierInteriorDay to 0.40

Are you using just ENB binary pack, or preset for it? Hard to say from these pictures.

If you have preset in work, then try to tweak it's settings from GUI. You can access to it by default from SHIFT+ENTER keycombination.

I would recommend opening console first, because ENB GUI will not freeze the world and it will spin from mouse movements.

I don't use any preset for ENB and I try to tweak the default enb but it seems like that it do nothing, when I press no effect, it doesn't change anything.

That light is too bright coming from vanilla game itself.

Have you tried disabling just to see, if it is causing this? If it isn't then something is messed up in files.

If it does, then files might be write protected, or otherwise "protected" from GUI changes by third party application.

Ok, but I remember I fix it before but it comeback. It was something in data, but I don't remember where interior light is in data, or maybe ini tweak to fix it. Do you know where it is located ?
