Ogmund of Markarth

I've completed the missions Search and Seizure and Escape from Cidhna Mine, and Ogmund the bard seems to have disappeared. I've waited at intervals over a few in-game days in the Silver-Blood Inn, but he never shows. I've gone into his house at night as well and he's not there. It says I'm trespassing, but its always unlocked and he's never inside. I wanted to train in Speech with him.
Is it likely he was killed and I missed it? Or has he relocated?

Well I used the console command to find him in a locked room in Understone Keep. However now all he will say when spoken to is 'damn Elves! You'll pay for this!'. I can't seem to get him to leave or say anything else. Sigh.

err...did you talk to that thalmor officer and help him figure out that ogmund worships talos and thus get him locked up?

Yes, but I heard that he can still be found at the Silver-Blood Inn even after you turn him in.
