[Solved] House of Horror questline (Molag Bal mace) help
I search everywhere and couldn't find an answer so I'm asking if anyone can help me.

I started the questline and I'm at the part where you have to take the priest Logrolf back to the abandoned house. Molag Bal commanded me to beat Logrolf into submission, but the problem is Logrolf wouldn't submit. I attacked him plenty of time and his health reset after it depleted.
I used the kill console command but same result. Also set him as nonessential didn't work.

Other notes: I have the unofficial skyrim patches (all dlc). Most of my mods is from the pinned thread mods to share (except skyre/requiem saving that for next playthrough). Everything else works fine, I just can't complete this particular quest.

Edit: Still no clue why Logrolf hp reset everytime but setstage DA10 140 made the game think I kill Logrolf and it made the quest complete. Thanks for the help.

Open the console and type Setstage DA10 100. Or 130 if 100 doesn't work.

He doesn't 'die'. His health fully restore when his hp is 0.

Then try seting the stage to 140 or 200. 200 being quest complete

lol thanks a lot!..I rarely use console commands. Although it advance to the next stage, the quest is complete and I got the mace. Logrolf is just standing there like nothing happen (that guy is invincible haha). I wonder if it's safe to markfordelete. And I also hope my game would not be corrupt later on (for other quests).

Na after you get the mace their is no reason to back to the house. And if you wait a couple of in game days and go back logrolfs script might catch up and he might be killable or just disappear. But console commands can break your game so i suggest making a fresh save before you use em.

battle2525 I know this is an old post, but I am having the exact problem you did with npcs regaining all their health after you get it down all the way. This happened to me for Logrolf but is also happening to every single npc that I am supposed to kill, such as the ones in Markarth like Nepos the Nose and such. This is extremely game breaking and i was wondering if you ever found a fix for this. I don't want to have to use console commands to complete every quest that involves this problem.
