I have documented over 5000 NPC codes and have posted them on a blog I threw together. I thought that I might as well share my work with the community as most character code listings out there are not very thorough.

Well you certainly did a lot of work. But personally I think that you have made too much of an effort. Yes, the list is complete, there is no denying that and I won't. But seeing approximately 60 afflicted on the first page alone, it is a bit overdone. After all I don't know which version of afflicted I will get if I use their ID. For named NPC's that is not a problem, there is only one of each. And you probably know what he looks like in advance.
It might be solved by adding a picture to each ID but undoubtedly that will be a lot of work as well, so I will not ask for that, seeing what you already have done.

For my character ids, I usually use this fancy thing called the help command.

This has been a major take. I am honestly impressed that you went trough it.

I will also thank you for doing it.

Using this date will be hard without references to actual characters, but I can see modder and modtesters being able to fidn those references from CK and other notes, if they need them.
