Report a translation problem
NMM is only needed to sort your mods. You don't need to launch it, unless you are making changes to your mods - adding, removing, updating or similar work with it.
LOOT follows after NMM. Once you have ran it, you don't need to run it again, unless you are adding, removing or updating mods trough NMM or Workshop.
I am sorry that it took my time to answer. It is middle of the day here in Finland and I got busy with RL issues. I am expecting my friend to appear soon, so we can go to gym together.
Fixed in Unofficial Skyrim Patch version 1.2.2.
Please don't promote console commands above patches, especially when you don't know or tell where they are affecting at.
If someone would be still be using console to Muiri, it must be done after the Dark Brotherood questline is fully completed, or there is a very high change of Nazir getting bugged and thus preventing player to complete the DB questline.
In short: if something is fixed in patches, use them and leave console out of it.
