Maximum Carnage on Skyrim Oldrim/classic/Legendary edition

I have been using the mod mentioned in the title, however just wondering if you have the same issue: Mod seems to be working well, but at times my victims head explode and they become naked, whole the neck has no longer any texture. So basically from the neck up, there is nothing. No texture, it's empty. I know most of you play on Special Edition probably, but if anyone found a solution, please let me know. I spent 5 hours trying to find a fix, to no avail.

I only started getting this problem once I updated the mod to the newest release, I've gone back to my old version that I downloaded in June 2022, it also has the CBBE patch
