Issue with Pirates of Skyrim-The Northern Cardinal under the Black Flag mod

Hi all,
I'm having an issue with Pirates of Skyrim-The Northern Cardinal under the Black Flag mod and properly installed using Nexus Mod Manager and the issue is the dialogue that Gjalund is supposed to have so you can convince him to give you the route so you sail the Northern Cardinal to Solstheim won't appear despite having traveled to Solstheim previously and completed the main Dragonborn storyline and using the "set 05ShipEnableDragonborn to 1" console command doesn't work all i get is a "unknown script/variable" message. So any help would be appreciated.

Correct command is "set 0ShipEnableDragonborn to 1" Also, it doesn't show up in dialogue with him, you can just automatically sail to Ravenrock with your wheel.
