Really dark shadows on character, even in blazing sunlight..

Help anyone.

I have looked into every poss way I could find. from altering the number in fShadowBiasScale=0.5000. But too high and the shadows no longer connect to anything.

And the problem is only on my character.

To facelight mod (which I could not get working on my character.) So used a variation called quicklight. and also "no more ugly bronze shine mod.)

But no matter what I do, even in BRIGHT morning /afternoon sunlight, my toon looks as if its saturated in dark shadow.

Even when I do manage to get one half of the body in light, the other side is in black shadow.

I am using " I cant believe its not butter an ENB, and Imaginator.

Any help please.?

I've been using "I can't believe it's not an ENB" as well, and discovered that as the culprit. The contrast changes made by it is so severe that it either makes things too bright or too dark.
Try playing with it disabled for a little bit and see if it makes things brighter again.

Hmm do you know any good alternatives to ICBINENB.

I can run an enb but dont really want the FPS hit, as I run so many mods. Is there any other good mods that do the job that you know of?

I will start surfing now I know its ICB.

Also I wanted sun rays, and ICB does not seem to do a good job of them.

I don't know of any alternatives, sorry. You might be able to find an alternate preset for SweetFX though (which is what ICBINE uses), try googling for it.

Looks beautiful. Unfortunately I cannot find an EXE file in the download to run as a setup.

I tried copying the files straight into the TESV folder, and the run game. But nada, no change. As it specifically says "run the exe setup after downloading, and unzipping it" ... Weird.

This may fix the "shadow problem" I'm not sure..

I did not know if you do like the look of it, and want to try it, if you will have any better luck.
If yo do figure it out let me know will you.


I also love the look of his grass mod, but not sure what hes using. I have Flora overhaul - summer version,. Which is really good, but his looks better.

Also on a side note. This looks cool as well.
