There's a couple things you both can try.

Get a transformation of some kind. Transform into the werewolf or vampire lord. Look up the spells so you can add it by console if you don't have both already. Then transform back. See if that fixes it.

Open the console using the slash key directly left of the "1" key and type in "tfc". Press enter. Type "tfc" again. Press enter. Try that.

Go to any kind of table that opens a menu. Be it alchemy, enchantment, grindstone, bench, forge, etc. Then go out. See if that fixes it.

Go into console and type "enableplayercontrols". See if that does it. Or "EPC".

Alright, that's a start.

Hm. I guess you could reload a save. Some people have said quicksaving and then quickloading solves their problem. I've had this problem before myself.

You still should try the transformation,. Relaunching the game could do it.
Tried both werewolf and restarting
I was a werewolf in the first place, I am thinking that a removed werewolf mod was somehow causing the problem.
Or...is causing the problem, still no fix.

Hm. Did you recently do anything that forced your camera to go into free mode? Such as using SexLab animations or OSA? The game might be thinking you're still in free mode. Are you able to attack?
I can still attack, the game still plays normally in every way except for not being able to switch into first person, and I have never heard of either of those mods? I don't know what "free mode" is either. I am thinking there are some scripts left over from that werewolf mod. It was one where you could exit beast form manually by holding r and zooming in, and considering that that ties into firstperson/thirdperson, that is a likely candidate for the cause. The only problem is a solution.

I validated the game files and apparently some failed to validate. We'll see if that helps.

What was the mod? Moonlight Tales?
PWC or something
